It's been unlocked (meaning it's running on a different network from the one it came with) but it's still locked to AT&T for everything except calls/text and internet. It won't let me change the ringtone to anything that wasn't downloaded from AT&T, and I'm guessing there will be other things still locked. Any tips for fixing this problem? Links appreciated.
