How do you cam chat on the gd580 aka the lollipop cellphone?

I just got the phone but I am unsure how to do cam chat from the internal camera and does anyone know if it can chat with phones here such as the new iphone I don't know anybody else here with a web chat phone and its not allowing me to contact asia so if someone can answer my questions please and thanks!
