How do you consummate a gay marriage?

Legally, consummation is the defining moment of the onset of the validity of a marriage. Before gay marriage, we knew exactly how consummation worked. But how does it work with gay marriage? For example, do they have to take turns consummating each other? Or does whichever one consummates the other first determine which one is the "husband" and which one is the "wife" from then on?

To appreciate the legal problem, suppose you have two gay men before the judge, who is trying to determine if they can receive an annulment. The judge asks them an important question, “Did you consummate the marriage?”

Speaking at the same time, the one says "yes" and the other says "no". Then they look at each other, and one says to the judge, "Well, Your Honor, he consummated me, but I didn't consummate him."

So now what’s the judge supposed to do?
 
You seem to be rather obsessed with the idea of anal sex being the be-all-and-end-all of gay sex. It isn't. In fact, it's about as common in gay relationships as in straight ones.

Sex isn't just penetration, no matter what your sexuality.
 
Why should anybody care what others do for their sexual pleasure? Nobody waits until they're married to have sex, so the consummation is irrelevant.
 
Even though I am a Democrat, I have often pondered the same thing you are!! lol and I bet we agree that illegal border crossings is a problem costing us hundreds of billions from incarcerating them and birthing their babies!!
 
Insert penis in anal cavity or mouth rock back and forth for at least 3 and a half minutes , all done and consummated now class wasn't that easy
 
No one cares, it's none of your business and there are no legal problems. What judge, are we living in the dark ages here?
