I followed a couple of youtube videos but they were complicated. It wasn't that i didn't try, but it said that i had to download 4.0.1 software from bruns.com or something like that. When i did i got a zip file but i didn't get a solid software package. I didn't think anything of it so i shift clicked my restore button and searched for the zip file and it didn't read it. So that's were i got stuck. Any help please? Thank you
