How do you download free apps on a jail broken iPad 2 on IOS 6.1?

I'm new to jail breaking and recently jail broke both my iPad 2 and my iPhone 4S but I don't know how to get the free App Store can someone help? I've read the other posts about putting cydia.hackulo.us into the sources section but when I put that in it comes up a server with the specified host name could not be found, am I doing something wrong?

installous is gone and will never be coming back. there are alternitives though, look on google. i forget what it is called.
