How do you get clips from the internet and apply them to Windows Movie Maker?

I want to know any good websites that have videoclips that you can download and I need to know how to download them. Also, I'd like to learn how to put it into a Windows Movie Maker project and upload it to YouTube. Thanks to all who answer
