How do you install rocketfish bluetooth wireless keyboards?

I just bought a rocketfish bluetooth wireless keyobard,
i put the batteries in and i am doing everything it is telling me to,
it says i have to clikc an icon that comes up but the icon wont come up,it says it works on windows XP and thats what i have,i dont know what to do please help.
 
Take the keyboard back to the store and either exchange it for a Logitech bluetooth keyboard or get your money back and buy a Logitech bluetooth keyboard. Rocketfish is owned by BestBuy and makes pretty weak peripherals.
