How do you know if you have a monitoring device on car?

Very simple. Arrange for a friend to meet you at a food market, then switch cars and let her joy ride all over town while you drive back home in her car and sneak into the house to see if he is on the computer following your car. But don't let him know you are watching him.

Or, conceal one of those mini cameras aimed at the computer, turn it on when you leave, and play it back when he is not home.

But if you get your A** kicked if he finds out, don't blame me!
 
This is how and where they install one. Do an online search outside of your area and find out who installs them ( outside your area in case he had it installed locally) and have them check.
