how do you move 384 songs into itunes that are from your computer?

i have 384 songs/videos on my computer that i transferred from my ipod to computer because we just recently got out computer fixed ; i was wondering how do you put all these songs onto itunes without doing it one by one ; any help would be really appreciated! thanks :)
