How do you put music on the ATT Quickfire using the USB Cord?

I just got the ATT Quickfire & I have no idea how to put music on it. I brought the GTX75 UTSTARCOM Data Cable & now it says I need software?!?! I even went to that website & they don't even recognize there own product!
PLEASE .... Can anyone help me?
