How do you put the iHome radio back on the iPod setting when its on radio.?

I can figure it out.
I have one of these iHome radios (except its pink): http://www.techgadgets.in/images/ihome-ih12br-ipod-dock.jpg
I want to get from the radio setting to where the iPod can be used.
