how do you seed a file using bittorrent.?

after i download a file how do i seed so other people can download it easier? i wanna return the favor

After you've downloaded just keep bittorrent running and don't stop or remove the download. 8D Thank you so much for seeding!

after downloading file
open utorrnet
in that frm file menu,select open option
and select torrent file
download ur work
and enjoy it
