how do you send a picture from your email to a Cincinnati bell cell phone?

I know how to send a text from your email to a Cincinnati bell cell phone. But how do you send a picture?

if i send it to the same email address as i would a text from the email. it don't work.
that is the address i use to send a regular text.

it don't work to send a picture. if i attach a picture the text only shows up as what my email is. no picture. nothin
