How do you set a ring tone for restricted calls only on the Verizon LG EnV Touch?

I can't figure out how to set a ring tone for restricted or unavailable calls for the Verizon LG EnV Touch. On every other Verizon cell phone I had I was able to set ring tones for "All Calls, Caller ID, or Resricted Calls."

Now they want to cell this as a paid service?
The last phone I had with this feature was lg vx8300.
Chocolate, Samsung Flipshot, Alias 2, Droid Eris, Some HTC with WM, and I am sure everything else - have this removed.
