How do you speed up Vuze Torrents?

I'm running Vuze on my mac and my download has 70 seeders and 16ish peers, but I'm only getting 1 seeder IF I'm lucky, and maybe 7 peers. I have a good internet connection but for some reason I'm only getting like less than 30kb/s for a 9.83GB file, is there something wrong with my settings? what can I do to fix this?
 
Well the problem is that nobody is sharing the file. You only have 1 person seeding (person with 100% of the file) and 7 people leeching off that one person. Make sure that the listen port is open and not blocked by your firewall or router as well. But if I were you 1 seeder and 7 leechers just doesn't cut it for a file that big. I would look again for another torrent, one that people are actually sharing.
