I used to use Cubase on a different computer, but it broke so i have a new one. Before, I could select the track, then click and drag the little white square in the bottom right corner to stretch the file. it would spread the file out.
ex: hello *clickdrag* heeeelllllooooo
or to speed up or slow down the tempo of a beat.
im almost positive it was a setting that i had turned on/off but i dont remember what it was. please help.
