i need help updating my HTC Vivid Android phone . The current Htc version it has right now is 3.6 . I want to update it to 4.1 HTC sense Version , but i dont know how to do it .

Here's the fact: the phones that don't have Sense 4.0 will never get Sense 4.1 officially. Which means that the phones with HTC Sense 3.6 will never get an upgrade even they're capable of supporting Sense 4.
And I seriously doubt you need the Sense 4.1 anyways. Sense is horribly bloated and slow. But if you want it that badly, then you can get your phone's bootloader unlocked and then root it in order to run new ROMs that do have Sense 4.1 inside (BEWARE! YOUR PHONE CAN BE BRICKED (USELESS) IF YOU MESS UP). Hope this helped.
