I am on the my 5 plan with rogers on my cell phone, and I know that when I call long distance to my mom, it is free for the both of us. My mom just has a normal telephone (not a cellphone). Does it work the same with other cell phones? If I call a long distance cellphone number, will it still be free for both of us?
