How does this look for starting my cutting diet?

630-1c oats 8egg whites
930-protein bar(180cals 5g fat 20g protein) 1oz almonds
1230-4oz sliced turkey on 2 slices of whole wheat bread apple and 8oz 1% milk
315-1can tuna (has 2 servings) on 3oz whole grain bread(added pickles and mustard for flavor)
615-6oz chicken sauteed in 1tsp olive oil, vinegar and garlic powder w/ a 4oz sweet potato and 1c green beans
915-1cup cottage cheese (1%) that's 180cals i know that..

does this seem good did i balance everything well?
