How does this meet and greet work?

So I got tickets to the American Idol tour and I got the meet and greet included. How does this work? Do they sit at a table and autograph stuff? I have no idea!
 
Usually its a set time. Before or after the show. Either they'll sit and talk or sit and sign stuff . Call the venue they'll help u so u don't miss the allotment of time ..
