How good are Parma Golosa food tours of Italy?

I want to go to Parma because I hear it has fabulous foods... anyone done this tour???
 
Nick, you have brought back great memories mentioning that tour. It's an excellent tour in my books. Matching cheeses with wines, and the prosciutto was something else
 
I haven't but I reccomend anything in Italy, everything is worth it, it has the best food, the nicest people, the most facinating attractions and It has the most romantic city in the world :) .. ask Dean Martin
