Surviving on 19.2k dial-up, we decided it's time for a change. Cobalt seems the most viable option for both price and location reasons. A friend told me it's good considering the alternatives, but another said it's not all that great.
How good is the quality of the connection and the customer service? Also what speed do people get? Is it a good option for gaming? What about watching videos online or downloading music?
