How I can combine two Subtitle files (.srt format) into one Subtitle file?

I have downloaded a Subtitle file for Predator 1 from www.subbiee.com, but when I opened the zip file it had two file called Preadtor CD 1 & CD 2. I thought I could mix them by using notepad. But the major problem is from the CD 2 .srt file the time of the Subtitle is again starting from the beginning. So If you can give me a website from which I could download Subtitles for .avi & dvd formats. But right now I have the film in .avi format.
