I have a math project involving being a fitness trainer. I have to include how its related to math. Help?

i dont get why teachers make students do assignments and ask
write a paragraph on how (insert subject here) has to do with the career you plan on going into

how does trig play into being a personal trainer wtf you think gunna calculate the sin and cosine of a squat rack
what would world history have to do with being a personal trainer?
