Do you think it is possible, very likely, or something completely stupid that wouldn't happen in the modern world? I personally think it is very likely, since there will always be conflicts either over religion, plain survival, money, or something else. As long as the world isn't perfect there will always be wars.
@ PoopMcgee Well yes, nowadays they would rather not get involved into conflicts because of the possibilities of them losing money, but we will eventually run into a time where we will be desperate enough to fight each other and rob each other. It could be a decade from now or a century but that time might be closer than you think. Overpopulation, disease, religion, money, are many reasons why a major scale war might happen just probably not anytime soon ( probably in a few decades).
