I have had an interlock installed in my car for 4 months. I now rarely drink (which is a good thing) but when I do, I drink at home. I had 3 glasses of wine and tried to start my car 13 hours later. I failed on my interlock. What's up with that? There was no way I was still intoxicated. I was not or will not drive drunk again, but I can still have some drinks at my house, right? Anyone have a reason as to why this would happen, and how it's fair??
