I bought cooked salmon from the prepared foods/deli section of the market. (It was refrigerated.)
I forgot to put it in the refrigerator. From the time I bought it to the time I actually put it in was probably about five hours. The fish was already cooked and it is cool in my apartment. It looks and smells fine, but I still want to be sure. Thanks
