How long can second hand cigarette smoke stay in Your system ?

Yesterday I was volunteering and one of the jobs they had me do was to pick up donations. The driver that I was with was smoking a cigarette with the ac on with the window open the whole drive for six hours. There were times that I did get out the truck to get some fresh air. So how long can second hand smoke stay in your system and am I at risk for anything. P.S. I am a nonsmoker.

ha ha ha such a stupid you are azzole i have been sniffing smoke unintentionally for over 28 years and i am a non smoker its true that i developed some breathing troubles sometimes but its okay

You'll be fine it's still harmful but nothing serious right away
When ever I'm at my grandparents my grandma smokes a pack a day so it's really bad there and I'm fine
