decibles 5 times a day? In Muslim neighborhoods in islamic countries that allow christians.
I have a feeling the islamic oatmeal heads would become violent and burn the churches down.

There's a church on the island in Venice, Florida with bells that do ring every hour all day long. They ring to the tune of a hymn. It is quite beautiful.
 
fairly long. Unless the sound went to above 170 db, in which would start causing pain to those near by.
