I went from being fit to very unfit in just 2 years, All I really done was sit at a computer and after nearly passing out and throwing up at an MMA class I decided it was time to get fit again. For 1 month now, I have been running every 2nd day for 30-40 minutes, I don't jog...I run at a fast pace too and really push myself, I also throw a sprint in every few minutes,I do 3x20 pushups every day and 3x15 crunches every day and sometimes go out on my punching bag I'm seeing improvements but nothing too dramatic. It is very taxing on the mind doing these things. and can u plz also answer this. why is it that some days I can run much better than others? is that all part of getting fit coz I'm not?

look man dont overdo your exercise by the means of u describing ur routine u can easily get a stress fracture or pull a major muscle ease it down its not a race to become fit. You have to give it time it miht take a while dont do so much ur overexercising which can result in breakage of bone./
