I quit smoking cigarettes 4 weeks ago and still feel like I badly need one at times.

May be the habitual feelings are effected to you , better to have some nuts that will divert the default mind set

YOU DONT.......you've already made it. Congratulations. Seriously.

Just ONE now will ruin everything for you.

You know how they say its really mind over matter, willpower??? Well when you are addicted, that's nonsence. However, it only takes 10 days or so for nicotine to get totally out of your system so you DONT really NEED one.....now it IS a question of will power. You CAN do it !!

Honestly, I've quit and started over again so many times, its not funny... But for me, the urge to quit never went away. That's why they're so addictive. Nicotine is a natural drug that triggers the pleasure center of the brain, causing it to drip serotonin into your system, thus giving you that "high" feeling, although for smokers who have smoked longer than others, that "high" goes away, and it merely handles stress. For many people, the urge takes years to go away, from what I've been told. But as I said - For me, the urge never went away, which is why I never actually quit.
