I quit smoking back in August, in preparation for an elective surgery. I messed up last weekend, and smoked 12 cigarettes over Saturday and Sunday. I have my pre op appt on Monday, and am scared they will test for it in my system, as they have been known to test for continine.
How long will it stay in my system? Will not smoking for 8 days be enough?
