Im 18, and am slighly overweight, neve rbeen to the gym before, but i really want to be in better shape. Just wandering how long you think i should go for? an hour perhaps?
I mainly want to get slimmer and loose some fat on my waist. What machiones should i use and how long? all help would be greatly appreciated. =)
---also if i go an hour everyday this week, should i move up to 2 hours next week? etc.
