How long would it take to see a visible change in muscle by doing push-ups?

I am currently 14 years old and was told by my uncle that doing push-ups everyday would help me see a visible change in muscle development.

I currently do three sets of slow push-ups everyday, with 60 second intervals and I push myself as much as I can because I am determined.

So what I am asking is, with what I have told you, how many days, weeks or months will it take for me to see a visible change?
