Should that number be higher -- Would that improve our understanding of events which shape our world ?

Should it be lower or even done away with completely ? Is it a dangerous way to view the world ?

I think it is a dangerous way to view the world. Yet because I believe in the first amendment I do not think it can be "done away with completely". Though improving the high school graduation rate beyond 66% would be a good start.
