Well, you can't give an exact amount because genetics play a large role in how many calories you burn by doing physical activity. From what I've done, I'd say that you'd lose about 250-300 calories.
I do 15 minutes a day because I also have to fit in a lot of other training and the chart in front says 275 calories for 30 minutes for my height and weight range. I'm 5 foot 10 and 145 so I think it would be around the same amount.
