John, I've never heard of anyone getting banned for gamesharing. You can only do it with one friend now, I miss the days where you could share with 4.
 
Your psn can have 2 systems registered with it, so 1 friend and yourself.
 
EDIT@King Cold: The 4 system licensing was intended for household's with multiple systems, or people who's PS3 has failed. Not to give 3 of your friends every game you get or let your account get stolen by someone on Yahoo.

Nobody, if you don't want to get banned. Read the rules and tell your friends to quit being cheap.
