The original 68020 pin grid array package had exactly 114 pins. This was a 16MHz CPU. It was available in both ceramic and plastic. The part numbers were of the form MC68020Rx16.

The later quad flat pack package had 132 pins. This was a 25Mhz CPU, also available in both ceramic and plastic. Part numbers were MC68020Fx25.
