How many times a day should I give water to my puppy and at what time?

I've had my puppy for a few months now. Since until now i've been just leaving the water bowl down and letting her drink whenever she wants. I'm fed up now because she just peed 4 times in 4 different places.. Would it be safe to just give her water like 3 times a day? thanks.
 
Well she does need access to water at all times. Try and train her to use a litter box. Here's a link that might be useful.

Your puppy should always have access to fresh water. Try to take her out to pee more often. You may need to start with house training all over again. Never limit their water intake.
