how max speed torrents are uploaded ?

recently i downloaded robinhood movie
i generally download movies via torrent
but this robin hood movie has downloaded with incredible speed
it's torrent name includes "max speed"
what's the logic behind "max speed" torrents downloading at a high speed... ?
