How much is the Samsung Vibrant from T-mobile when you are able to update your phone?

I will be able to update my Samsung Gravity to a better phone in December and I was wondering how much it would be to get this phone because I know that if you pick a free phone it cost nothing but obviously the Samsung Vibrant won't be free. Also, I have the cheapest internet for my phone, it's like ten bucks a month and I was wondering if I had to update my internet bill to a more expensive internet version to use it on this phone. I have an ipod touch so it pretty much does everything when it comes to features so if i would need to update to a more expensive internet then i might as well get the Gravity T, right?
