How much longer am i going to have pain from breast augmentation?

Just had a breast augmentation 5 days ago, went from practically nothing to C. They put implants behind the muscle. It is getting better but still so sore and tight. Feel like i need a support bra even in the shower, so tight and heavy. Dr said they will drop in 3-6 months, but giving me back pain already, especially at night sleeping on my back in one position all night long. (im a side and stomach sleeper). Anybody know how much longer this pain is gonna continue till it starts feeling back to normal, when can i start laying on my side? Please help.
 
To end the backpain, start working out your back muscles. Your body isn't use to the weight yet.

Regardless, like any surgery, it takes a few weeks to heal. 5 days isn't enough. surgery is always dramatic on the body. So just give it another week or so, and if it doesn't change, then go see your doctor.
