I weigh 250 lbs at ~28% body fat. I am in average or slightly below-average physical condition for a sedentary non-athlete. Very recently, I've begun working out heavily (hammer/nautilus machines) and eating correctly. In an average day, I eat five meals consisting of meat, vegetables and beans. I am supplementing with creatine and protein (Designer Whey).
My goal is to cut my body fat down significantly while simultaneously increasing lean mass.
