How much time could he get for a FTA Child support hearing.?

My fiance was arrested last week on a bench warrant that has been out since 2008. He had a child support hearing that he FTA. He had no clue about this heaing and we don't understand how they can put a warrant out when we didn't even know about the hearing. Anyways I am getting off topic, If they give him the option of doing time instad of paying off his arrears how much time max could they give him for a FTA in Louisiana. I know this will not make the arrears go away, I am just curious as to much time time he is looking at.
