The average American spends most of their time indoors today.

One study suggests that Americans spend at least 90% (!) of their time indoors today!

How much time do you think that the average child spent outdoors - BEFORE TV? You know, in the early 1940's, before TV was available in most people's homes in the U.S.?

Allergies weren't as common.
ADHD didn't exist.
Technology helps and harms at the same time.
History will repeat itself at some point.
In the meantime, hopefully we can collectively find a healthy balance.
