How much value will a 2006 BMW 330xi hold over 30 months?

I have my eye on a 2006 BMW 330xi, certified pre-owned with 45,000 miles. They want $27,000, but I am pretty sure I can drop that down to closer to $24,000.

I need to know how well this car will hold its value, assuming a normal 12,000 miles per year, no damage, and regular maintenance. Can somebody give me a reasonable idea of how much I will be able to sell this in 30 months (specifically)?
 
In 30 months that car will be worth around 15K. So it holds its value better than , say, a Cadillac, but not as good as a Lexus.
