how much weight in bar bells can you usually do? gender?

Which exercise are you referring to.I am just gonna throw out some exercise names since i dont know which one you prefer.

Incline bench press 245*2

Barbell rows 225*8

Shoulder press 200*4

Deadlift 315 havent done any in 2 years it should be more now

Bicep curl 135*6 little cheat

Close grip bench press 225*4 or 245 max

Those goes the major ones all in lbs.Gender male age 20.
