im going to fast for 5 days. don't tell me not to because i'll do it anyway, so people who are here to tell me not to, DON'T BOTHER. LOL. i want to lose about 5-10lbs, im going to fast for 5 days and also take my dog for a walk round the park for 30-60mins per day. how much weight will i lose?? Im 5ft 4, 122lbs, female. i usually eat healthy work out but its gone abit off the rails, this is how i get back!
