How much would it cost to get a new hub laced onto a bmx bike?

I broke the bearings in my hub and my drive so i need to get a new hub. And i wanted to know if i should buy a new wheelset or buy a new hub and get it laced on by a local bike shop. So i want to know how much it costs to get the hub laced and if i should buy a new wheelset or a new hub. Also if i get a new wheelset what color rims would look good on a white frame. (i had red rims before and i would want a different color)
 
You are much better off getting a new wheelset because having a new wheel built for you very expensive. I wanted a wheel built for me and was going to cause around $200.
