How much would you save with a 4-cyl versus a v6 Honda Accord 2001?

Theres a car that im looking at that I really want... but its as v6... the other ones dont look as good but they are 4-cyl which saves money and has better fuel economy. but thats all i know.

can someone please elaborate for me the difference in fuel economy and how much i would save between the two?
